Welcome to The Surf Shack at The Cove
Your private coastal retreat just minutes from 30A beaches, Grand Boulevard, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The Surf Shack is a private, detached carriage house at The Cove with its own exterior entrance. The upstairs living space sleeps up to 6 guests and includes:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed
- Full hallway bathroom
- Living room with queen sleeper sofa
- Full kitchen and dining area
- Private exterior entrance accessed by stairs
Guest Access
You’ll have private access to the entire upstairs Surf Shack, with the exception of one owner's closet, throughout your stay.
Downstairs, you’ll also have access to The Cove’s game room and gym, along with designated outdoor/common areas. These amenities are shared and may also be used by guests staying in the Main House.
Parking: Up to 4 vehicles may park on the right side of the driveway, directly in front of the detached 2-car garage closest to the Surf Shack.
Good to Know
The Surf Shack is one of multiple accommodations at The Cove. Your reservation includes the Surf Shack only. The Main House is a separate residence and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The game room, gym, and some outdoor/common areas are shared between accommodations.
Private Pool Coming Soon
We’re currently building a private backyard pool at The Cove! Until construction is complete, the pool is not available for guest use.
Guests should expect some daytime construction activity, equipment, and noise, generally from the morning until approximately 4–5 PM.

Getting to The Surf Shack @ The Cove:

Driving Directions:
- From US Highway 98, turn north onto Goldsby Road.
- Continue straight through two stop signs.
- Turn left onto Shelter Cove Drive.
- Follow Shelter Cove Drive as it winds through the neighborhood.
- The home is located at 246 Shelter Cove Drive in the cul-de-sac.
Parking:
Please park in the driveway only in front of the detached garage. If you have multiple vehicles, be sure they fit completely within the driveway and do not block the street, neighboring driveways, or the driveway spots in front of the main house (those are reserved for guests who may be staying in the main house). Additional vehicles may park directly in front of the house as well.
We recommend entering the address into Google Maps or Apple Maps for the most accurate turn-by-turn navigation. Safe travels, and we hope you enjoy your stay!
