Kids crash into the bunkroom. Somebody fires up the grill. The hot tub's already full. This is what The Cove was built for. The Cove is a coastal modern house designed for gathering.

Three king bedrooms and a bunkroom stacked with 6 twins give families real flexibility. This is where everyone ends up: movie night in the theater room with a projector, play in the shared game room with ping pong and basketball, and early mornings in the shared gym — free weights, a bench, yoga mats, and a full home gym machine — before the house wakes up. 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room.

Every bedroom has a sound machine and blackout curtains — because nobody's on vacation if they're not sleeping well.

Good to Know

The Main House is one of multiple accommodations at The Cove. Your reservation includes the Main House, (including the Theater). The Surf Shack and Beach Nook are separate residences and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The game room, gym, and some outdoor/common areas are shared between accommodations.

Nearby

10 minutes to Ed Walline Beach. 7 to Grand Boulevard for shopping and dining. 8 to Topsail Hill Preserve if you want the quieter beach. 12 to Baytowne Wharf for nightlife and kids' entertainment. And 6 minutes to Sacred Heart Hospital — because peace of mind matters when you're traveling with a big group.

Whether it's a family reunion, a friends' weekend, or just getting everyone under one roof — The Cove has the perfect to stay an extra night.

Other things to note

We do not rent to groups of guests under 25 years of age. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Quiet hours after 10pm.

Connected to the main house through an optional double sided lock-out door on the second floor, or accessible through its own private exterior entrance, is an additional 1 bedroom apartment called the Beach Nook that is NOT included in this rental. Heated Pool Coming Soon

We’re currently building a private backyard pool at The Cove! Until construction is complete, the pool is not available for guest use.

Guests should expect some daytime construction activity, equipment, and noise, generally from the morning until approximately 4–5 PM.
