Welcome to The Beach Nook at The Cove—a bright, private 1-bedroom coastal apartment with its own exterior entrance, full kitchen, and bathroom. Step inside and you'll pass the laundry room before heading upstairs to the main space. Enjoy access to the shared game room and gym plus beach chairs, umbrella, and grill. The Nook is attached to the Main House but separated by a secure double-sided coded lockout door, keeping your stay completely private. Perfect for a couples' getaway or beach escape!

The space

The Beach Nook is the quiet corner of The Cove—a private, coastal 1-bedroom apartment on the bay side of Santa Rosa Beach. It’s attached to the Main House but has its own exterior entrance and completely private living space, so you can come and go all week without ever needing to interact with guests next door.

Enter through your private entrance, pass through the laundry room, and head upstairs to a bright, thoughtfully designed space with a queen bedroom, spa-like full bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette, dining area for four, and living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The Nook comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is perfect for a couples’ getaway, small family, or easy beach escape.

The Nook and Main House are separated by a secure double-sided coded lockout door. When the spaces are rented separately, neither side is given access to the connecting door, keeping your stay completely private.

Want to venture out of your Nook? Guests also have access to The Cove’s shared game room and gym, plus beach chairs, an umbrella, and a grill.

The Beach Nook isn’t a beachfront condo—and that’s part of the appeal. You’ll stay in a quiet residential community with your own parking, while the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and everything you came to 30A for are just a short drive away.

Quiet when you want it. Close to everything when you don’t.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire Beach Nook, including the queen bedroom, full bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette, living room, dining area, laundry room, and private exterior entrance. Your apartment is never shared.

The Beach Nook is connected to the Main House by a secure, double-sided coded lockout door. When the spaces are rented separately, the connecting door cannot be accessed from either side, keeping your space completely private.

What is shared: 

The game room and gym are located downstairs in the detached carriage house and may be shared with guests staying in the Main House or Carriage House. Designated outdoor/common areas are also shared.

Free Parking is available in the shared driveway in front of the Main House.

The Main House and Carriage House are not included with your Beach Nook reservation and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

THE BEACH

The nearest public beach access is Dune Allen Regional Beach Access, ten minutes by car. We keep beach chairs, a large umbrella and a cooler here in the backyard deck boxes — enjoy them for the week, no charge and no deposit.

ABOUT THE POOL

Up front, because you'd rather know now: a pool is permitted and going in, and it is not finished. It will not be available during your stay unless we tell you otherwise. If the timing matters to you, message us before you book and we'll tell you exactly where construction stands for your dates. Guests should expect daytime construction activity, equipment, and noise, generally from the morning until approximately 4–5 PM.

WHY WE'RE PRICED WHERE WE ARE

The Beach Nook is brand new, so we're running introductory rates while we build up reviews. The trade you're making is the ten-minute drive to the sand and a pool that isn't ready yet. If that works for your trip, you're getting a whole apartment — kitchenette, bathroom, private entrance — plus access to the gym and game room at an introductory price.
